At MPP360, we are deeply grateful for every contribution made in support of our mission. Each donation, sponsorship, or purchase helps us continue empowering survivors of violence, spinal cord injuries, and their families through advocacy, rehabilitation, and community outreach.

Because all donations and contributions are processed to support charitable activities, MPP360 generally does not issue refunds once a transaction has been completed. However, we understand that mistakes can happen and are committed to reviewing each situation with fairness and compassion.

1. Donations and Contributions

All donations made to MPP360 are considered final and non-refundable. In cases of duplicate transactions, billing errors, or accidental donations, please contact us immediately at the email listed below. We will review the matter and, if appropriate, process a refund or correction within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Event Registrations and Merchandise

If you have registered for a paid event or purchased MPP360 apparel or merchandise, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • A cancellation request is received within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • The event has been postponed or canceled by MPP360.
  • The purchased item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

For merchandise returns, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days of receiving it. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the sender unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution, but most refunds are completed within 7–10 business days after approval.
